Desmond Elliot calls for assistance for ailing Nollywood actor, Prince James Uche

Actor/Lawmaker, Desmond Elliot, took to social media this morning to call for public assistance for ailing Nollywood actor, Prince James Uche, who has been ill for over a year now. He wrote;
