A new deadly disease known as Stephen Johnson Syndrome (SJS), an unusual allergic reaction, has surfaced in Nigeria, according to the Minister of Health, Isaac Adewole. According to Adewole, the disease has killed one person, while another is being treated at the National Hospital Abuja. The health minister announced the emergence of the new disease in Nigeria at a press briefing in Abuja earlier today... The Disciplinary committee of the Nigeria Football Federation, today held an extra-ordinary congress in Abuja and made some interesting decisions. Chris Giwa, the factional self-imposed leader of the NFF, was banned alongside four others by the football body while his football club Giwa FC has been ordered to pay N3.9m in total for offences committed against the League management company and breach of NFF rules. A Muslim student of Los Osos High School, Los Angeles was called "ISIS" in her yearbook. Bayan Zehlif's photo was printed with the label "Isis Phillips" in what the principal called an "error" Zehlif posted the photo on Facebook on May 6, writing: "I am extremely saddened, disgusted, hurt and embarrassed that the Los Osos High School yearbook was able to get away with this. The body of a nine-year-old boy was found dumped on the road on Sunday morning, May 8 in Al-Nasiriya town in Wirshiffana district, Libya. Ehab Al-Maedani had been abducted by Wirshiffana criminal gangs for about 10 days before the kidnappers decided to kill him and throw him on the road as his family failed to pay the LYD2,000 ransom they demanded.
